Halo, nama saya St. Budi Waluya, lahir di Magelang. Saya adalah Dosen PNS di Universitas Negeri Semarang. Saat ini saya Tidak sedang studi lanjut. Saya bergabung di Universitas Negeri Semarang sebagai Dosen PNS sejak 01 Maret 1993.
Pendidikan terakhir yang saya tempuh adalah pada jenjang Strata 3 (S3) - ( Lulus 23 September 2003 ), dan lulus pada 23 September 2003.
